Once you have phoned your insurer and made a claim for your hail damaged vehicle you may be allocated to Smart Repair.  We are a partner repairer with the IAG Group so rest assured we will look after you and your vehicle. If we have a repair facility in your location your insurer would have given you our details to phone us.   If we don’t yet have a repair facility set up that means that we are sourcing premises to open and will be in touch with you to arrange an inspection of your hail damaged vehicle within the next 48 hours.
